Atlanta Founder Launches AI Agency Built From Inside a 29-Year Small Business
The agency is distinguished by its origin: every system McDonald AI Group sells was first built and deployed within the founder's own business, Eminence Salon & Mobile Hairstyling, in Roswell, Georgia.
Two lengths. Copy and go.
LaTisia McDonald is the founder and CEO of McDonald AI Group, an Atlanta-based AI agency that designs and deploys custom AI systems for small businesses across the United States. McDonald AI Group's flagship offerings include the Blueprint Build (custom AI agent teams), the Pitch Power Package (AI-powered presentations), the AI Strategy Session (consulting), and the Front Desk Agent (voice AI for small businesses). Before founding McDonald AI Group, LaTisia spent 29 years building and operating Eminence Salon & Mobile Hairstyling LLC in Roswell, Georgia, a community institution she opened in 1997. After hitting the ceiling that every longtime small-business owner recognizes, she designed and deployed a 12-person AI team within her own business. The system handled everything from email and bookkeeping to recruiting and marketing, freeing her to operate at the level her business actually required. When fellow business owners asked her to build the same thing for them, McDonald AI Group was born. LaTisia speaks regularly on AI for small businesses, the future of operator-led AI deployment, and the hard-won lessons of almost three decades on the floor.
