In 1997, LaTisia opened the doors of Eminence Salon & Mobile Hairstyling LLC in Roswell, Georgia, with one chair, one client, and a notebook full of ambition. 29 years later, that salon is a fixture in the community, and a masterclass in what it takes to run something that lasts.
But by year twenty-five, LaTisia had hit a wall every long-time business owner recognizes. The work wasn't the problem. The team was. She couldn't find people who cared as much as she did, who showed up consistently, who treated the business like it was theirs.
So I built an AI team to run alongside my business.
